Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please allow additional processing time during new launches, restocks, or sales.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery after shipment:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

• Priority Shipping: 2–4 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.

Baddies Clusters is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Baddies Clusters is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
