Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all lash sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on used or opened products.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:Β
Please include:

β’ Clear photos of the item(s)
β’ A brief explanation of the issue
If approved, we will offer:
β’ A replacement item, or
β’ A refund to your original payment method
We will review your claim and work quickly to resolve the issue.

No Refunds on Used LashesΒ π«
For sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
β’ Opened lash trays
β’ Used lash clusters
β’ Lash glue that has been opened
Please inspect your order upon arrival before opening any packaging.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
β’ Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
β’ Please allow 5β10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
